recapitulation

So just then I titled my post recap and then realized that I forgot what recap was short for. So I googled it and now my title is recapitulation.

The day before camp, I thought to myself, I swear camp seems so far away. During the first day of camp I was thinking, wow the night's never going to come. Basically I thought that camp wasn't going to .. end, or I couldn't imagine it ending. But I blinked and it was dark and camp was over.

The general consensus was that this camp wasn't great, because it was SORT of boring mainly since it was educational. But I think that sometimes, boring is good.

So I woke up nice and early at 5, and went to school just in time. Obviously the bus actually started moving forty minutes after 5:40. The bus ride was quite long. We started off on a high, and then a low, and then a high again. I remember droning (I obviously didnt beat Karen) and hatching a 25step plan of getting Bieber to fall in love with me ;) Studied SDD for a while and got dizzy. Had a maccas stop where I bought an icecream. And there was a hot army guy :D We visited a series of boring places, including High Court where I was just so exhausted so I fell asleep.. in the middle of the front row so I'm pretty sure the guy speaking didn't like me too much haha. I actually remember blatantly falling asleep in two places but I can't exactly remember where the other one was. I nearly lost my iPhone at .. I forgot. I was checking my two bottom pockets and I was like SH*T, ran back and the two guys had to pull out the massive tub and check under and everything .. and then I found it in my top pocket. Previously I was feeling drowsy and wondering why we had to visit all of these boring places. After I found my iPhone I was suddenly like, life is good again. We arrived at the cabins first, took a few pictures and changed. Dinner was alright (not that good) but I think I got a massive stomach ache. Dragged my ass off my bed (top bunk!) and went to the boy's lodge, played a few games of uno and messed around. Then I had a mssive d&m with Kaj outside and I went high and started doing creepy stuff. Don't worry, not to him. And then I had to run like the wind to get to the girl's cabins before the teachers locked the door. We ate a lot of food and talked. The teachers came around and turned the lights off. Continued talking and D&Med, it was nice :) Fell asleep around 2 I think. The next day was okay I guess, caught up with a few people I didn't talk to a lot. Lunch was nice in the courtyard-y place. Contemplated what to buy at maccas, and I think we switched lines three times == And before we knew it we were on the bus back home, it was such a short camp! I think I slept for a while on the bus.

So that was camp, I guess. I have a few photos that I can't be bothered to edit, maybe someday I'll post them in year 12 and I'll be like whoa I was so tiny back then! And on a last note, have fun at band camp guys, sorry I won't be there!
